None—free access, sponsor-funded
Nonnegotiable—all HSe4Metrics platform operating costs must be sponsor-funded.
But first, a funding sponsor must be secured. A federal agency would be ideal.
Please don’t leave it up to HSe4Metrics alone to find a sponsor. The more of us who help with this effort, the better. Here are five things that YOU can do—try one of them today.
Contact a federal agency directly
You can personally contact a federal agency—or anyone with influence in the federal government—and ask them to consider sponsoring the HSe4Metrics platform.
Ask a politician to take action
Contact a politician and ask them to review this website—at least the homepage. And ask the politician to reach out to a federal agency about becoming the HSe4Metrics platform sponsor.
SIMPLY BY FOLLOWING THIS WEBSITE’S GUIDANCE, A POLITICIAN CAN TAKE THE LEAD IN BRINGING THE HSE4METRICS PLATFORM TO THE NATION.
Reach out to a lobbyist
Call or email a Washington, D.C., lobbyist and ask them to contact a federal agency about sponsoring the HSe4Metrics platform.
Contact a major law firm
Reach out to one of the top 100–200 law firms in the United States and ask them to assist on a pro bono basis by contacting a federal agency about sponsoring the HSe4Metrics platform.
(For example, a top-50 U.S. law firm is already assisting HSe4Metrics pro bono with its conversion to a private foundation. Now it’s time for a second top law firm.)
Post your efforts; tell the world!
Every email, post, and conversation helps this project reach the people who can make it happen.
Backup plan if a federal agency does not step forward
A professional “presentation team” can be hired
A simple $5 fundraising campaign may be enough to retain the presentation team. With broad participation and media attention, that may be all it takes to make this happen.
$5
The team may include a Washington lobbyist and/or a law firm.
Once hired, the team would immediately begin outreach to federal agencies and major corporations—including industry leaders such as Procter & Gamble and high-growth innovators such as Rivian.
To be clear: no fundraising is currently planned
However, if a fundraising campaign is launched, Google may be willing to support advertising costs by providing up to $100,000 per month in ad credits. (If so, this would be announced as part of the fundraising campaign.)

Strict fundraising conditions set by HSe4Metrics
Any funds raised would be allocated exclusively to presentation and legal support activities—no funds would be used for platform itself.
As a 501(c)(3) private foundation (once finalized), HSe4Metrics’ Board of Directors would oversee and monitor all campaign funds to ensure their proper use.
Neither Board members nor members of HSe4Metrics would receive any compensation from campaign donations.
To ensure full transparency, the Board would provide public updates—potentially in real time—directly on the fundraising site itself.
Donations would retain the presentation team—the team's task: securing a sponsor
Once a sponsor is secured and sponsorship begins, donations will have fulfilled their purpose.
From that point, all operational and cloud costs will be covered by the sponsor—not the public.
Use of unspent campaign funds
Once a sponsor agreement is in place, or if the campaign concludes without securing a sponsor, any remaining funds in the fundraising account will be managed in full compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations.
Every dollar will be fully accounted for and verified by the foundation’s Board of Directors.
Unspent funds will be donated to Smile Train (where permitted by law) or forwarded to the appropriate state or federal agency.
