By contacting these agencies—and through subtle conversation and questioning—you may systematically inch closer to identifying who to speak with regarding sponsorship of the HSe4Metrics platform.

Even if unwittingly, each of these agencies relies on the success of nationwide K–12 student performance. From GDP to defense, to innovation, to societal good, they all stand to profoundly benefit from a national escalation of formative K–12 performance.

(For many of the individuals you speak with, however, that connection may not be obvious—unless they take the time to explore this HSe4Metrics website.)

Congress could add the HSe4Metrics innovation to the Department of Education—or, alternatively, to one of many other federal agencies within the three categories listed below.
