By transitioning HSe4Metrics to a private foundation—we can take this approach:
Together, we can bring in the media to study this explainer website. With their interest and reporting we can launch a fundraising campaign to retain a professional presentation team (paid lobbyists). That team would then contact both federal agencies and Congress
